Whereas Tel Aviv was facing several heavy hail showers this morning, Jerusalem and Kiryat Arba (south of Jerusalem) are covered with snow.
Those of you who are staying in Jerusalem and need a bus should definitely find out whether there are any buses operating today. So far, I only found this announcement on the EGGED bus site:
