Weather Change and Tu be'Shevat in Jerusalem

B"H

17 degrees Celsius in many parts of the country but Jerusalem remains cold with 12 degrees. The Jerusalemits still wear gloves and I was frozen to death this morning. Baruch HaShem, I am going back to Tel Aviv tomorrow. Hopefully catching some warmer sun than in the Holy City. :-)

Until than, life consists of work, work, work ...

For those of you who are in Jerusalem this Friday:

From 10.00am - 3.00pm: Tu be'Shevat celebrations are going to take place at Kikar Zion (Zion Square). It will be crowded but, at least, the sun is coming out.

By the way: I suppose that the Mahane Yehudah Market is also organizing special events for the New Year of the Trees, but watch out: Prices for dry fruit and everything connected to the Tu be'Shevat Seder will be up !!!
