Yahrzeit of Rabbi Kahane

Today (Thursday) is Rabbi Me'ir Kahane's Yahrzeit.

Still alive, Rabbi Kahane was a very controversial rabbi. Nevertheless, a rabbi and politician we could need in Israel today !

    I was appalled to hear that IBA refused to run a paid ad inviting people to the yartzeit. They pulled the ad because pi$$ now complained. This should tell us more than ever that we need a man like Kahane again. Looking back it appears that he was indeed right!
