Simchat Beit HaShoeva in Mea Shearim

B"H

Hardly any Jewish direction is celebrating Simchat Beit HaShoeva so intensively as Jewish Orthodoxy in Israel. Especially in haredi society.
Mea Shearim has been packed for days and if you don't come before 8 pm, you will find yourself squeezed into the masses without seeing much. Seeing the Chassidim of all kinds of Chatzerot (dynasties) dancing. The Toldot Aharon serve food in a Sukka. Men only !
Women can starve to death.

The most popular celebrations are at Karlin - Stolin and the Toldot Aharon. Plenty of people have been asking me about these two groups. On Simchat Torah, this Shabbat, the Toldot Aharon are closed off for the wider publis, as then, they only allow members into their Synagogue.
On Yom Kippur and Simchat Torah, only members are allowed in, otherwiese visitors are welcomed.

However, I have some good news:

The Belzer let everyone in on Simchat Torah, It will be packed with their own people but a Belzer Chassid told me yesterday that Jewish guests are welcomed on Simchat Torah.

This morning, I went back to Tel Aviv in order to go to the celebrations in Bnei Brak. Lets see what Vishnitz and others are offering on Simchat Beit HaShoeva.
